# What You Need:

01 - 8 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

→ Sweetener & Flavor

02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
04 - Pinch of salt

# How To Make:

01 - Place cubed watermelon in blender and process until completely smooth.
02 - Pour puree through fine-mesh sieve into large bowl, pressing to extract juice and remove pulp for smoother texture.
03 - Add sugar, lime juice, and salt to watermelon juice. Stir continuously until sugar completely dissolves.
04 - Transfer mixture to shallow freezer-safe dish and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
05 - Remove from freezer and stir vigorously with fork to break up ice crystals forming around edges.
06 - Continue freezing and stirring every 30 minutes for approximately 3 hours until sorbet reaches scoopable, fluffy consistency.
07 - Serve immediately for softer texture or freeze longer for firmer consistency. If frozen solid, let stand at room temperature for few minutes before scooping.
