# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The Hawaiian rolls natural sweetness creates this incredible contrast with sharp cheddar that nobody can quite explain but everyone immediately understands
  • You get twelve perfectly portioned sandwiches without standing over a stove for twenty minutes flipping individual pieces
02 -
  • Slicing through connected rolls takes some confidence, but a serrated knife sawing gently will get you through without crushing the bread
  • If your cheese starts escaping onto the baking sheet, consider it a bonus crispy treat for the cook
03 -
  • Room temperature cheese melts more evenly, so take slices out while the oven preheats
  • The parchment paper is not optional unless you enjoy chiseling baked on cheese off your baking sheets
