# What You Need:

01 - 8 medium radishes, washed and grated
02 - 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
03 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced

04 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, low-fat or full-fat

05 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

# How To Make:

01 - Place grated radishes and cucumber in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated radishes, cucumber, garlic, dill, mint (if using), lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
03 - Stir until all ingredients are well mixed and dip is creamy and uniform in consistency.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as desired to achieve balanced flavor.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together and develop depth.
06 - Serve chilled, garnished with extra herbs and a drizzle of olive oil for presentation.
