05 - Decorate the surface with granola, kiwi slices, fresh berries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and hemp seeds in an appealing pattern.
06 - Serve immediately with a spoon while the smoothie base is still cold and thick.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The frozen fruit does all the heavy lifting so you never taste the greens, only sweet, creamy sunshine.
  • Toppings turn breakfast into a creative ritual that feels more like art class than meal prep.
02 -
  • A runny smoothie bowl will swallow your toppings whole so resist the urge to add extra liquid while blending.
  • Frozen fruit is non negotiable because fresh fruit turns this into a sad green soup instead of a thick, satisfying bowl.
03 -
  • Keep a bag of peeled, sliced bananas in the freezer at all times and you are never more than ten minutes from breakfast.
  • Arrange toppings in rows or sections instead of piling them randomly because it makes the bowl look instantly professional.
