11 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

# How To Make:

01 - Toss sliced chicken with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
02 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
